I'm the original owner of a 2006 Tundra 4.7L 2WD with 234K miles. After replacing a blown radiator (turned out the cap was stuck and not releasing pressure and I had to use pliers to remove the plunger) I now have a pronounced whole truck vibration at around 1800 - 2000 RPM only when slightly accelerating. It seems to be independent of speed and is especially obvious when going uphill and slightly depressing the accelerator pedal. It does not occur during deceleration.

I have no idea of why this started only after replacing the radiator. I only lost about 2 tablespoons of transmission fluid during the replacement.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved! Bought a BlueDriver device for $100 and scanned codes. Device says #7 cylinder mis-firing. Unplugged #7 coil and swapped with #5. Cleared codes and ran another scan with BlueDriver. Now says #5 is mis-firing. Bought a new coil and Bingo, no more vibration!! I suspect that the moisture and steam from the radiator explosion may have failed the coil. Anyway, the BlueDriver is a fantastic device that probably already paid for itself.
