    but lab results are in

    Normal all is normal

Whew relieved. Other then high blood pressure and new meds for that and of course my weight all is well.

I was concerned about my aic and kidneys more than anything

    Psa 0.06

Aic 5.1 down from 5.5 that last time

Cholesterol 140 under 200 so all is good there

    White cell count normal

    Kidney function normal

All other labs came in normal

Sigh I think I can relax a bit now

Sounds like good news. All the negatives you listed can be dealt with .

    Take care of yourself.

Sweet. Did they mention if you could get BP down with weight loss vs pill? Those pills have some side effects and probably better not to use them. Not sure if they gave you alternatives or they just went for the easy route of "take this pill".

Losing weight is a ... well, you know. I like the high-protein diet. It takes a while to wean yourself off the carbs. And you will feel like killing people for a while, until your body adjusts [but in this world, that's not even unusual anymore!:D].

I suffered a really bad concussion on July 4, 2018 [slipped on a boat ramp]: much, much worse than anything I ever experienced playing football. I couldn't add 2 + 2 for a couple weeks. After that, I decided that I wanted to get healthier than I am.

    God bless, Dude.
