If I'm outside of our guidelines please let me know:D
I have a buddy that ordered this box for his Tundra. Unfortunately it's for a crewmax not dbl cab. The toolbox is new in box and retails for $1500 give or take. Asking price is $900.Here's the link https://decked.com/.
Here's the original box . This is for a 2nd Gen crewmax. This box will fit with a spray in bedliner, but not a factory. I am in Kill Devil Hills, Nc if you don't mind driving or I could possibly meet somewhere not to far.

Read the post twice and still confused. What exactly is he selling, the DECKED box for a 6.5ft bed or 5.5ft bed. The picture you linked, is that the item for sale?

That's still confusing as hell lol. Let's forget what he ordered or what not, let's just focus on what he's selling. From the pics you posted, the box looks like it fits all the way to me, and the link you linked, is to a 6.6ft storage system.

For Sale, DECKED storage system for Crew Max 5.5ft bed

    Is that right?

Bumping it up again...I'm the owner and Rons23 is helping me out selling it. This box has taught me a SERIOUS lesson about ordering stuff on the internet while drinking!

The for sale price is now $850.00. You can find it for sale on the internet for 1149, but you'll have to wait 2 weeks for the truck to ship it to you. You can come pick up my drunken mistake and save $300 on an awesome toolbox. I love mine for my DC, not having to get in the bed to reach into your toolbox is awesome!

We are in zip code 27948, and if you drive here I have a loading dock so it's a simple matter of back up to the door, inspect it, and drive away!

Lawnkiller asked a question about the height of the installed box, and I can't seem to find the thread, except in my email.

The decked box installed is 12.5" high, leaving about 10.5" of height to the truck box rails left. This is with my spray in liner on my DC. it also is molded to fit snugly to the inside of the truck bed, so any retractable tonneau cover motor or drive system up against the cab wall probably wouldn't fit if it hangs down more than 10" from the top of the truck bed rails.

The decked toolbox uses the corner tie down points to hold it in the bed.

    Thanks

Yep, I deleted it as I found the specs on the Decked site and re read the post again about not fitting with the bedliner. Plus with my Jack Rabbit cover system, it sits 11" deep so as you said would be a no go.

I know it seems retarded to have a cover system while having a Decked type system also, but no one has ever accused me of being a smart man. Maybe a smart Ass. lol

    Bumping it up again..

I tried to post a listing to the exchange portion, but I don't have 50 posts yet. I just wanted to put some pics of my box out there...

This box is so much better than a regular truck box, especially if your truck is lifted. At 5'9 I had to get into the bed everytime I wanted something out of the toolbox. My DC has a 2" lift and rides on 35's. Too tall for my shortness. With the decked drawers everything is available to me like I'm standing at my kitchen counter.

I think so, not much difference in bed, if anything you can trim the sides a little if you need to.

If any of you haven't found out yet the pelican style cases from HF fit in the drawers like they were meant to be! GLWS OP.. I cant believe you still have this thing

I use mine daily as well. I don't have a shop at home. Living at the beach has it's drawbacks, property is very expensive, and homes tend to be on the smaller side. I've found I can keep most of my daily home repair tools in the one side of the decked box, leaving the other side free for storage and rec activities.

I can't believe nobody has picked this up as well. Price is still 700$. It's still in my loading dock at a commercial address ready to be picked up.

What I will do is open up shipping, but buyer would have to arrange shipping on their end. I figure Estes will ship a pallet across the country for $350 or so, and I'd be happy to crate it up and get it ready for pickup. I know thats a leap of faith for a buyer who can't inspect it, prior to purchase, but I guarantee it's all factory in the box.

I'll get package specs out on this thread tomorrow (W x L x H) and weight so you guys could get shipping quotes.
