Installed my CB +1 shackles today and holy shit what a difference. Rear end feels planted and smooth. Shackle really compliments my Alcan leaf pack. Smoother ride now over the rough, and bed bounce is gone. Never thought it would make that big of difference. Brought the rear end up little less 3/4”. CB shackles are an outstanding edition to my truck:thumbsup:

When taking out the bushing. Is the whole metal sleeve supposed to come out too?

@Coachbuilder1 i really appreciate you doing this group buy. I’ve been very patient and kept my mouth shut for 7 weeks. However, I will say my biggest pet peeve in the world is getting a “your item has shipped” notification and then for 5 business days the tracking says “shipping label created “. I just checked now and it looks like the item was delivered to the post office tonight. While I understand you are busy, I still want to express my frustration with getting a tracking number on Monday for an item that doesn’t get dropped off until Friday. At this point I would’ve rather paid full price than waited 7 weeks to get tracking number that doesn’t ship for an entire week. Rant over.

Vent Brother!!! Unfortunately this happens way too often with USPS. Even though they pick up mon-fri.. we are shipping priority and in most cases items arrive in 2-3 days we still have the occasional parcel that goes un scanned for a day or so or believe it or not goes un scanned completely and is delivered without any acknowledgement to the system what so ever. Its extremely frustrating! Hope your items made it okay and you've had a chance to install :)

I wanted to jump on and send out A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that took advantage of our group buy!!! I have to be completely honest... I thought we had enough inventory to easily cover this event but after word started traveling we went through quite a bit more than expected. You guys are incredible!!! even posting on other forums, facebook pages and IG we had a great turnout. We've had quite a few ask about future GB's offering other products and kits and would love to do it again. We will def have more stock built and available. Thank you Tundras.com !!!!

Oh No!!! We work with 4WP's and most are very familiar with our install/products. Have you had a chance to get everything corrected? Please follow up if you or installer have any questions.

Yes, the entire OE bushing should come out as one unit.. outer steel sleeve with inner rubber portion.

With so many of you doing your own installs if you have a chance to shoot a short install video or any before and after pics that would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to include what you've installed front and rear, We would also love to add additional pics to the site either in the gallery or in the shackles listings. Thank you!

Our Smallest size is our +1"s (.625" of lift) Unfortunately with the amount of space we have to work with while still allowing the shackles to pivot properly we need just a touch of additional length.

Current set up is 6112’s at 1.9” in front
5100’s and CB +2 in the back.

    Tires are 275 falken wildpeaks.

Anybody care to share their install instructions with me? I have the basic gist of it and saw the videos. Just want to confirm torque specs etc. I bought some brand new preowned +2 Coachbuilder shackles. Minus the instructions.

Also the torque specs for the carrier bearing drop.
