I root for Martin Truex. #19 Bass Pro Shop Camry.
    Also like Kevin Harvick.
Rooted for Mark Martin his entire career.

Truex. Big fan of Gibbs Racing. Dad Gibbs lost his son recently. Huge loss. Was a big part of Gibbs Racing.

I could pull for Chase, but really don't care for Hendrick since his racketeering and mail fraud crimes. I know, everybody deserves a 2nd chance in America.
Never was a Dale Sr. fan, but I did really like Jr.
Was always a Ford racing fan. Rarely watch anymore as Brian France as ruined the sport.

I pull for Chase Elliott nowadays. I grew up rooting for Bill Elliott and Mark Martin.
And it helps Chase is a Georgia Bulldogs fan.
I was also a Chad Little fan, mostly because he drove a cool John Deere car.

Well. In the interest of full disclosure I did eat grilled steaks once in 2001 with Richard Childress and his wife at their house. Wild, cool and enlightening doesn't begin to describe it. A really nice man. His house was nutz. We drank the night away in his big 5 trophy room.

Not NASCAR related because I don't watch but definitely racing. I'm a Nicky Hayden (RIP) fan when it comes to motorcycle racing. Thought this was a cool video.

loved NASCAR back in the early 90's. was always a Dale Jarrett fan (hence the user name). had the opportunity to attend races across the country. then the stupid COT, closing of tracks and opening up cookie cutter tracks and political crap they started, I kind of lost interest.

if I had to choose one driver for today it would be Truex or Kyle Bush. not a fan of Kyle's attitude at times, but you must admit the guy can drive the wheels off a car. plus his wife is a hottie!!!!

Kyle Busch is hands down the best DRIVER out there. If they still had the IROC races, he'd win every damn one of them.

I have been a Earnhardt fan since 1979. Was a bad day in Feb 01..... then went with Michael Waltrip ( hence the #55). Now a Bowyer fan. Met him last year at Dover. He looked up at me and said thanks for being a fan big guy! Lol! I'm not big, nascar drivers are small. Wife likes Truex jr. But she is NOT happy about he having Shrub and Hamlin as team mates!

Was at Atlanta in 01 and saw Harvick beat Gordon ;)

Grew up a huge Mark Martin fan. Now I root for the guys I know. I raced outlaw karts with Kyle Larson and did a bunch of computer sim racing with Christopher Bell and Chase Briscoe. Hoping Bell gets in the 11 next year after Denny retires. IMO though, if you want the best racing, go to a dirt midget or sprint car race. Hands down and by far better racing than NASCAR.

I totally agree! Big Diamond Speedway is about a hour away. Karts are great, but that takes money.

Now this is redneck racing :)photo 3.jpg

    We have a Hendrick Racing front row today. Toyota’s highest 3 are starting 9, 10 & 11.
I like my guy Truex’s chances in every race.

What are your views on Pocono being a double header next year? Seeing that one of the races usually gets rain delayed, I feel that they are setting themselves up to fail. If it rains sat and sun do they run both races on Monday? No lights at Pocono either. I don't know.... talk me off the edge.
