Line-X on top of bed frame ?

    my local installer has the option to spray Line-X on the top of the bed frame. Anyone done it ? yeah or nay ? It will replace the plastic boards sitting on top.

    3/1 lift. 20x9 Method standards, machine face. 305/55/20 nitto trail grapplers
    My old Silverado had line x wrapped around like the plastic would be. Idk if it was just how the person before me maintained it or something with the job itself but right at the edge of it was real dirty or had something stuck to it that I could never get off. I like the idea of it though. Maybe just needed better execution on that truck.

    I don't have it on mine, my spray in came from the factory so I have the plastic trim on top. Wouldn't effect a topper at all. The toppers have a seal under it which is pretty flexible.
    But if I were to get it redone, I would get LineX and have them do the top rail.

    If you take the top rail off there is holes in it, so you would still want to put the cap back on over the top of the Linex, unless you like the holes.
