Having a reputable shop install 3/2 toytec boss lift. Anyone running them without aftermarket uca? Also how is the travel running 3” up front? And tires, i want to be able to flex the front without modifying a lot or none at all. Is 295/70r18 on oem rims a 100% rub during articulation situations? Id be happy with just a 33” tire just to get a slight more clearance plus its my DD

You can absolute run up to a 3" lift with a factory UCA and still get within factory spec on your alignment. It all depends on what you are wanting to do with the truck for instance your alignment specs would be different if you were doing a lot of offloading or high speed desert stuff but for a DD and going off road occasionally you will be fine. You will need to do a little trimming and or spacers for the 295 on an oem wheel not neecesarily for the articulation but situations where you are at full lock.
