2012 4.6L Tundra Crewmax.... having issues

    2012 4.6L Tundra Crewmax
    3in level kit with 20s
    so recently i pump gas from a gas station drove it to work and home. later about an hr or 2 i get back in my truck try to start it. it wouldnt start. but has a good crank. so only way i can start it is hold the gas pedal all the way down but my check engine light is flashing after couple secs into it. rough idle and looks like misfiring. so i siphon the gas out and pump 93 octane to see if it would run better same thing. if i leave it for a day it will crank right up but misfire seems like the truck is in limp mode. any ideas the truck has 98k miles
