We got out this past weekend to do a little camping with some folks we knew but never really met and a friend of mine. It was -17 Celsius but with the gear and good company, felt warm. We then woke in the morning to an unexpected snow squall. Which was kind of a perfect way to wrap things up.

Here's some photos of our time out.

I'm running KO2's and they did completely well. I've had 3 sets on 3 trucks, no personal issues encountered.

Fourteen Mod - Return of the Hand Rest

For anyone who read my post in regards to my window visors on my previous Tundra, the Warlock Edition... I haven't gotten any taller, nor has my arm length increased.
So my reasoning for these remains the same as previously stated...

"So I'm only an impressive 5'6" and with my wing span, resting my arm on the enormous window ledge while driving I am unable to get my hand to touch the top of the window so I can drive with my arm up comfortably. (If you can properly picture that) The window visor allows me to rest my fingers, PLUS I love the way it looks and the added bonus that even during the rain or when parked on a hot day, I can leave my windows open a crack."

This time around however, the AVS were available, so I thought to change it up from my previous EGRs to now this.
Took advantage of our warm bay vs having to do it in my cold driveway... everything's coming up Milhouse!

Mod Fifteenth and Sixteenth - Sliding Into Protection Be Like....

So having had waited a long while for some sliders for Orion, I was just about to pull trigger on a set until @brimy311 appeared onto Tundras.com like a Messiah of wonderful messages and upcoming products. One of those being the introduction of Rock Sliders and the forum fan favorite, rear differential skid plate. So BAM, I saw them, the sliders I knew I just had to get. With all the hype of the differential skid, I was consumed with excitement and had one of them put on order for me also!

Not having access to a garage, being cold AF currently and having their shop only a measly 5hrs and different country away, I decided to take a Monday and visit them to have these installed.

I got to meet Brian and the team, who seemed more like a large family and was taken for a tour of their facilities. I was humbled by their hospitality and everyone at the desk went out of their way to entertain my 2 boys while we waited on the install of the sliders and skid plate.

Needless to say, I was over the top impressed with everything. I look forward to putting more money aside and purchasing more of their quickly growing library of items for Orion.

Here's what I got while there and got done.

With the new sliders on, we had to get out for a little day tripping. Took advantage of Family Day and headed to a couple spots in Ontario.

Be sure to hit like if you do - thanks! :fistbump:

My father in law is a trucker and has extra cbs and gave me the same one you got. I’m 5’8 so I have plenty of knee room. Got the 12v power running to the center console and a little wil antenna running through the window sill/weather strip for the back door. Not sure of my transmitting range yet but I’ve talked to trucks on the highway ‍♂️

Nice! They are fun to have.
I've said hello here and there, but not sure my range, so the trucks usually out range me fairly quickly lol.

    Fun on trail days though!

Mod Seventeen - Light It Up, Sweet Cheeks!

Working on adding a lot to the truck over the next month in preparation for a week long trip up the Trans-Taiga Road in Quebec, Canada.
Some new gear, armor, and lights are on order!

Added some Baja Designs Sport Squadrons with Rago Fabrication brackets and then also did the Amber Fog light conversion.
Expecting next week a 20" light bar and some rear lights as well.

Mod -- Well A Lot Got Done...

So time got busy, work got hectic and trips were had!
Keeping up with the build thread here fell off, and that sucks because nothing more fun than showing what's new and such.

I wanted to provide an update however, so here is a link to where I've kept most thing updated -- pictures of each upgrade to be done I hope in the coming weeks after a proper detailing of Orion.
