I will see if I can post it. We love the Insta Pot. A roast like this that will take 6 hours in the smoker, takes 90 minutes in the pot and ready to pull. Real smoker is always better, no arguing there, but I can't make pulled pork on the smoker during the week, but we can start it at 4:30 when my wife gets home and have it ready by 6 or 6:30. We also use it for soups, stews, even ribs and whole chickens.

My son and I have been playing this weekend with different meats and spices, and did some on the grill and some in the air fryer to compare:
Chicken thighs, brats, pork country style ribs, steak.

It was my little girls birthday party yesterday, so a prime brisket and pork loin happened. I was kind enough to bring the left over half of the loin to the guys at work, gotta keep them happy too.

I just got back from Baldy's BBQ in Bend. Their brisket is awesome and you can cut it with a plastic fork. I can't do brisket myself and fly to Dallas every year to only eat brisket for a week. FW, Austin, San Antonio.! Peggy Sue's!!

Grilled some steaks tonight. My favorite; rib eyes. My wife insisted on brussel sprouts; it's okay, but not my favorite. Grilled cheese, tomato, onion sandwich with that - winner!
