With a 4wd lift, when do you need to drop the front diff?

Honestly I'm not sure, but I believe it's a 4" kit with 18" XD Series wheels and 35x12.5 Americus Rugged MT Tires.

Hey Mike, couple of questions. Did you have to cut the cross member to do this 6 inch rough county lift and where did you get it done. I'm in NYC and looking for a experienced suspension lift/drop shop. Don't want my truck to be the test subject.

Driver side lean seems to be getting worse. I have the eibach kit with 1/4 spacer on the driver side. Should I get a whole new adjustable coilover? Or should i get another 1/4 spacer? Hell please

    Bodymount chopped and plated

    Rear: ~2.5” lift
Old Man Emu Dakar leafs, shocks, and shackles
    Daystar bag cradles
First one helper bags plumbed separately

I have two 1/4” shims stacked on my drivers side. Seems fine.

I’ve heard around 3”. My truck had one installed on a 2” levelling kit when I got it. I have a 4” now and the diff drop installed still. Judging by my angle, I for sure wouldn’t try anything over 3” without one... my 2 cents

Would this truck be in central VA? I passed one identical to it in someone's driveway this evening. Great looking truck.

With a 3/1, are UCA's necessary? Or recommended? Just trying to determine if I want to go el cheapo route and do a 3/1 or 3/1.5, or get full coilovers in the front lol.
