Again? Like it did a few years ago? Coming from Louisiana where the unprecedented floods happened just a few weeks ago, my prayers are with you guys!

 

Yeah, that's how it was in Louisiana. One person heard it was almost over, another heard it was gonna rise another four feet etc etc etc. best you can do when it comes to that is hunker down, hope for the best and prepare for the worst!!

 

Here some roads are closed about it... Plus we have the stupid NASCAR race here.

 

Hey buddy stay safe down there, I hear it's getting kinda hairy this morning. I'll be back down the weekend of the 23rd for an offshore fishing trip. You know what that means, prepare your liver lol.

Quite a mess, luckily no serious damage.

 

The recent hurricane just passed. I stuck the wife's new car in my tractor supply tarp garage as the tundra and firebird project taking up inside space. The portable garage held up well, tied it to the door knobs of her car and let it blow. I recommend the tractor supply portable garage for those wife's that insist they receive a little special treatment during the big storms

 

Been busy helping wife with her side hustle inspecting vacation rentals. No way she was driving her car, told her the Tundra would handle the elements of Hermine. I can say this storm is producing some strong gusts, 60+ is my guess. Blowing the Tundra around a little. The ocean is rocking, gonna try to get some pics and video. Stay tuned

 

If it makes you guys out east feel any better, it's a sunny 85 degrees here in Greeley CO perfect day for some Red Lobster and a tour of Anheuser Busch in FoCo

Perfect, beautiful day today. Sunny, barely a cloud in the sky, 80 degrees. Perfect weather for some pup swimming.


This place is about 1.5 mile hike from the parking area, never very busy. It used to be an old salt excavation sight, they hit an underground aquifer and filled with water (So I've heard). It's super super clear, there is a tree fallen on the bottom and I've fished with a 20-25 foot crank bait and it doesn't even touch the tree. Looking at it you would think you could lean it and grab it. Also has some pretty curious and hungry large mouth in it.

 

It really is!

 

Sunny and lower humidity in Indianapolis. Highs in the mid to upper 80s.

 

Michigan Hill, CO, one hour away up in the sticks above Denver. 11,000ft was 57 degrees at 2:30 PM. Denver was 85 at the same time.

 

Some trees down and power off since Thurs. night. Appreciate having a camper, generator and a son to cut trees

 

Shit man, didn't think about it. I was in a sort of food and beer stupor yesterday ha.

Ha....it's a neighbors ford. My sons jeep and my tundra were on the other side of the tree.

 

Hahaha, yeah we survived. Lost power a few times. Luckily I drove the wifey around for her inspections and had her park on the street. We got back and a huge limb had fallen across our driveway, would have nailed her altima and more importantly my Tundra, Hahaha. We lucked out. Got a few days of cleaning up. Thanks for asking driverdog.

 

Little bit o' snow yesterday. Just cold as balls tonight.... 60+ 2 days ago.... The rockies are a weird place to live.

Central NY - 60's tomorrow on Saturday, 30's with 4-6 inches of snow expected on Sunday. Not sure why I live here.

 

First snow here. I guess we've been lucky it held out this long.

 

No rain for 7 weeks and a high of 81 for tomorrow. Going to be a dusty, rather warm 1st day of hunting season.
