Since you have a 2015 I would get the brake controller bezel and plate that section off to add some switches.
I am going to be doing this for my mic holder and maybe engine kill.

Found this on Amazon think I might get it and see if I can mount it below the Tow/Haul button and then cut out the plastic with a dremel tool so the rectangular switches will fit then it will look more factory because later I might want to use the Brake Controller setup on the other side.

This is what I'm using. The brake controller is still hooked up, stuffed behind the dash and zip tied in place. It's far from perfect but since these lights are only for offroad I can live with the imperfections.

It's about the size of a garage door opener. It's nice cause where I live there are no street lights. So I can turn my leds on until we get inside and turn them off. Or in the morning when leaving for work.

Lots of great ideas listed above. Here is what I did for my switches. I ordered my switch plate mounts and custom switches from OTRATTW . IMG_8995.jpg
SDHQ does offer a custom switch pros mount for the Tundra. Very clean install!

What was the easiest way to pull that panel with the cup holder out?

The interior instrument panel is super easy to pull out. The whole process takes a few minutes to do. Great time to vacuum all the stuff that falls behind the shifter knob too. Lol
    1. Remove the shifter knob first by unscrewing counter clockwise.
    2. Lift center counsole lid up.
    3. The whole center console is held on by plastic clips. So you want to pry up the section under the center console lid first. IMG_4839.jpg

    IMG_4845.jpg

That's all there is to it. The center trim pc around the shifter is also removable from the whole center insert.

Dang all you guys are so crafty. I always did simple stuff like drill a hole in the dash with a toggle switch. And it would look plain and blah. Lol. :D

Go to https://otrattw.net/ if you want to have a very clean switch mount setup, custom switches, lettering and anything else switch related. I just saw they have a newer cleaner switch mount now that recesses the switches. IMG_2351.jpg

Same as a few posted here but I needed the use of the trailer brake so it's behind my shifter. Its been there for atleast 100k now.

What option did you use for the switch plate and housing to the left of the USB / AUX spot?

The red switches I believe you're talking about are part of the NSV Lightbar. That isn’t sold separately.
