They shouldn't affect the alignment at all.

Did you make sure they were completely seated on the hubs? Don't see how that could happen. Would be pretty obvious. Maybe you got a defective spacer.

I'd Re-align as it will be slightly off

Bora also make .75 bolt on

Some will tell you that alignment isn't necessary. Some who do alignment for a living will say to re-align.

Excactly, not the proper spacer for our Tundras

I've got Fuel Nutz D251 2 piece wheels ... They don't have any cut outs on the back side of the wheels so I either have to cut my studs (not happening) or exchange my rear set of spacers for 1.25".

Interesting ... I haven't noticed any alignment issues with either the Spidertrax or Bora spacers. But need an alignment just the same from my level.

I installed them correctly. It's probably a combination of new tires and the spacers.
I took the spacers off for now. And did another test drive. It's still slightly pulling out not as bad. I will reinstall again and have it realigned next weekend.

The spacers bolt to the hub, just like a wheel. If it were true that the spacers cause you to need an alignment, wouldn't you have to get one when you rotate the tires?

Not 100% sure you would or wouldn't, but I agreed with you that I didn't think and haven't ever had alignment issues due to wheel spacers. Leveling spacers ... Yes, I would suggest an alignment for sure.

So, maybe you already needed to get it aligned. That would make sense, the spacers and bigger, I'm guessing, tires would make it more noticeable.

I was talking to@lotsoftoys and he said that trimming the studs is no big deal and that if you need to put new stock ones on later that it's not very hard. Just take the rotor off and beat the studs out with a bfh. I'd rather not but if you like the offset and plan on keeping it that way it is an option.

A bit of heat will help loosen red loctite

Yeah I know. I did take a torch to them. But its hard to heat up the lugs because the hub soaks the heat. If you apply too much heat, you compromise the lugs. Anyways, I got them off, but it was a lot of work and I almost snapped a few lugs.

Now I use blue and they never need to be re-tightened. I torque them like I described and they are good to go.

So got home from work this evening and quickly checked the torque on the spacers I installed yesterday. Using blue loctite I found none that came loose severally but maybe only a few pounds. I can tell you that the blue wasn't as hard to work with compared to the red. Don't be lazy, check your spacers!
