Hey guys I just wanted to take a second, and recognize Matt at mcm fab. I tried to tag them but couldn't find their name. Someone help me out. Last year i ordered some parts from them and it was during a hectic time in their move. I didn't quite understand the concept of how much went into fab work at the time. Long story short I went another direction and sold the parts i had bought from them. For some reason there was an email sent to me that I missed, and tonight cleaning up my inbox, i saw An email from Matt apologizing for the customer service I received during that time. Matt when you see this Id like to personally thank you for that. Though I was frustrated, your quality was amazing. I understand the circumstances now and would like to send my public apologies for being a hardhead customer. Good luck with your growing business.

    Thanks Eric,

2018 was a hectic year, and pretty trying on my reputation. I got married in April, went on my honeymoon, got back from the honeymoon and started moving the day after. I purchased another business, and moved both into 1 larger shop. My business saw a 40% growth over 2017, and I was overwhelmed. I am a one man shop, so sometimes I can't always meet the demand, but I don't like having disappointed customers, so that was why I reached out to you.

Please let me know if there is anything I can help with in the future.
