Not my Dodge. Sold the jet boat to get the Centurion. Needed a more family friendly boat haha.

 

This is why you shouldn’t got to boat shows. You end of leaving with one of these. Gota love the wife for she was the one who sported it and said get it.

 

Ok, I'll play. My little low budget, tin, center console fishing machine. 40hp Yamaha with close to 800hrs. Starts with the first turn of the key and runs like a champ.






Not a lot of water nearby so I picked up a camper shell a couple of weeks ago and started my plans for building it out a bit so I can do some overnighters, in comfort, once in awhile.

 

Someone's got to be different.

I am about to say something rarely spoken by anyone. I made a profit selling my old boat.

 

Getting my boat serviced this week. Spring is around the corner...

 

I wouldn't doubt it. The prices of center consoles has gone through the roof in our area. People not wanting to spend $75-80k on new will pay $50k for a few year old one that was bought for $45K.

The only thing better than owning your own boat is having a friend who owns their own boat.

Cool, I miss my first DS last year. I usually check the boats out on Thurs night on McCulloch and then watch the poker run on Friday on the water. Have fun

 

Nice.... It's actually in the upper 50's here today and I'm getting anxious to put the boat in the water.

 

Thought this was an interesting way to haul a boat.
From what the story stated, the boat was rear-ended and pushed up onto the Tundra. Looks like the Tundra held up pretty well.

Oops... Had a bad day at work yesterday, bounced out early and swung by the boat yard with the Key West i mentioned earlier and ended up putting in what I thought was an offensive offer... they only went and accepted this morning!

 

Another one, still a little different.

 

Nice. Being in the industry dealers hate the winter months for they tend to sit on inventory. Coming in at the beginning of Feb and making an offer makes their day. This only applies to cold states. You lucky in the warm states are extempt from this

 

Just took it out for a sea trial to make sure it was what i wanted - 75 degrees in February!? That's nuts....

As for the boat, it was dreamy - I'll miss the 350HP my wake boat had but 175 will get the job done for the most part
