Since I carbed out yesterday with pizza on the egg, still working on tweeking that one I figured I would meal prep for the next few days.

So its Filet on the egg finished with a compound butter of salt, garlic, chive mixed.

Buddy I love this Egg, I admit I had buyers remorse but the more I use the more I am amazed. On one load of fuel I have cooked burgers and brats one day. Pizza yesterday and steaks today...one load of fuel...crazy..

Glad you are happy with the BGE, was at the charcoal supply depot Friday and looking at "Unistrut" for inside bed rails and had to check out the stash of Royal Oak Lump, pallet was down to last layer and will go back Monday and stock up. Enjoy, I found the store in denton Tx that I had spoken about it's the Ceramic Grill store, their grill racks add enormous capacity to our ceramic grills.

Ace hardware has packages on these right now. For $999 you can get a large with a rolling cart and some other accessories. Just FYI to anyone considering one.
