Will this work with a 5 wire 16 function motion light set?

No. not according to light keeper pros website. It&#39;s not intended for c7/c9 or led bulbs as well as rope lights.

The LightKeeper Pro is designed to repair series incandescent light sets. C3 bulbs are typically used on LED light sets. This would require the LED Keeper, rather than the LightKeeper Pro for a repair.

My wife was concerned when the lights on the Christmas tree didn't all come on. We bought this handy device and it helped solve the issues we were having.

Best purchase ever!!  It tested everything on a sting of lights. I've been able to fix garlands and hanging lighted bows.  I also went to YouTube and found a video with an electrician explaining how to use light pro and how to understand the lights.  I've amazed my husband.

What a great tool. I have no idea why it works but it does. I had several light strings that didn't work and followed the directions included which fixed the lights

Fantastic

This little thing is nothing short of magic. If your Christmas lights are failing and you're considering tossing them into the landfill buy this thing. It costs about the same as a string of lights but saves the landfill! They make them for incandescent and LED lights. My trees are pre-strung so I would have tossed the tree and all if not for this thing. In my case it saved me big bucks.

Pure effn magic

I read some mixed reviews but it worked great for me. I have a set of 3 decorative cones that I love. The lights haven't worked for over 12 years and with Lightkeeper Pro I got all 3 working again! I also got a set of lights in the middle of a pre lit tree to work again. So everything I tried it on - it worked and I'm very happy with this and recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Tool to Get Christmas Lights Working Aga

Was able to quickly and easily revive an old pre-lit tree that had multiple dead sections.  No more trying to find that bad bulb.  Using the quick fix trigger was able to quickly get the dead sections re-lit and then using the built-in bulb puller to replace the dead bulbs.  Can't imagine trying to fix a light strand or pre-lit without it.

Saved me from having to buy a new pre-lit tree!  I wasnt aware that this item existed!  It took about five minutes.

Easy to check bilbs, but the strings I checke have several eires that I believe interferes with the voltage trst. More strings to check so we'll see how well it works.

Works good, I found it helpful.

It didn't work for me on three of four light sets. I tried it on three different incandescent light sets and also a 4-year old pre-lit tree with 400 incandescent bulbs. I ended up stripping the pre-lit tree and replacing the light sets. I spent about two hours on the pre-lit tree trying to get the lightkeeper to work.  The lightkeeper worked with the fast method on one light set.  The good thing is that it has a long return period so I had plenty of time to try it. It also has clear instructions.

It didn't work for me.

I followed all the directions and tried everything twice. Same result. The hour I wasted and the money spent on this could have replaced the bad lights.

Waste of time and money!
