Their website has been blocked by two different anti-virus apps: Symantec and Kaspersky. Can't even access their online support resources.
Last conversation I had with them, they wanted to remote into my local machine, on my network, to access their product to reset the password.
Not happening! Trying to get an RMA to send DVR back for reset.
Update 1: Tried to access their website but got blocked due to malicious website --> heuristic trojan
I bought this system about a year ago. Fired it up once to look at camera. Now that I need it, I'm trying to set it up but the password doesn't work.
Their support is saying that they need to remote desktop to one of my workstations so they can connect to the DVR to reset the password.
Yeah... Nope. Not doing that.
The Amazon page says that the product is covered by a 2 year warranty. I guess I'll see how that's going to work.
Worst case, I've got 6 cameras to hook up to some other PoE switch and use Blue Iris or something.
