    Mirror Vibrates While Driving
    4 Stars
    Mirror Vibrates While Driving
The mirrors fit my 2008 Toyota Tundra perfectly. They snapped onto the existing mirrors within one minute of unboxing. And can come off again in the same amount of time. They add an extra few inches to the outside of your existing mirrors and give you enough width to see behind your vehicle. From the front of the vehicle they looked really great. They are inexpensive, and as such they’re missing a few features. They require you to manually adjust the tilt of the mirrors. So when you switch drivers they likely will not work without you pushing the mirrors up/down or out/in. They also do not have a strong mechanism to hold the mirrors still. When driving down the road the mirrors vibrate which makes it hard to have clarity of what you’re looking at. It can even be a little distracting to see the vibrating mirrors out of the corner of your vision. For the price, they’re about right. If you’re looking for a cheap solution to seeing behind your trailer/truck, this will work great.I review based on value, and based on the value these hit the mark, four out of five. If these cost more they’d get 2 or 3 out of five.

Really like the fit, easy on, easy off. They ad another dimension as to what you can see around you from the sides and corners. Price for what they are is fair. One thing I noticed as have many other reviewers is the vibration at speed or on less than savory roads, I am a tinkerer and fixer of many problems, here is my solution for this. Find two pieces of velcro (as pictured) one on the bottom of mirror one on the frame so they stick together, adjust mirror so velcro is firmly stuck to one another and bam, mirror vibration is controlled. Yeah, would be nice if it wasnt like this but then again they didnt exactly break the bank so...also tighten screw inside mirror helps, although only slightly.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as OEM mirrors, but worth it for the $$.
Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2017
A week before a 5,000 mile cross country camping trip, I realized I needed some extended tow mirrors for my 2016 Toyota Tundra. My truck has Blind Side Monitoring mirrors, and the factory TOYOTA tow mirrors don't support that feature... And at $400 for them, I wasn't willing to pay that, and lose an important safety feature.

My next option was extending the existing mirrors. I liked the clean OEM look of this kit, and they had good reviews, so I ordered up a set. They mount in a breeze, and look great.

I waited til AFTER my trip to write this review so I could give a fair review. They came well packaged, had a nice storage bag, and were built pretty well. These mounted in a few seconds, and stood solid for 5,000+ miles. The extensions didn't affect my BSM sensors, which I was concerned about. The mirrors add a little more view behind the drivers side corner of the trailer that you couldn't see from the existing mirror. While it gives you that extra view, the mirrors buzz pretty good compared to the stock mirror next to it. (See video) You can see a car back there, but it's hard to make out the "brand" or perhaps "law enforcement affiliation" of the vehicle behind you. ;)

The passenger side mirror isn't quite as good. It too vibrates, but the mirror makes things "appear closer..." so from across the cab, you can't see very much from it at all. You get a very hyper-focused area... So knowing the spot it's aimed at is very important.

While I'm glad I had them, and used the drivers side mirror extension constantly, the passenger mirror was kind of useless. They are definitely worth the money, and recommend them over having nothing. For the occasional camping trip, these will work fine. If you are constantly pulling trailers, you may want to invest in the OEM Toyota tow mirrors.

I will be using them for the next couple trips, but will probably swap to full tow mirrors eventually.

If you need these as a quick fix, or occasional trip, they are money well spent. If you tow regularly, there is no substitute for the real deal.
