5.0 out of 5 stars About one mile improvement over 3dbi antenna in suburban area
Reviewed in the United States on November 24, 2023
Excellent antenna for the money with SWR 1:1 as mounted and notable range improvement over a roof mounted 3dbi gain antenna reaching my repeater with a 10 watt mobile radio. I had to be creative in mounting the antenna on car plastic hood by using the mag mount of an old antenna and putting it under the hood and the Midland antenna mag mount. Holds well at highway speeds (e.g. 70mph).
