The Kettle Gryp totally transformed my home gym! I had a smith machine type of setup and I was contemplating adding dumbbells, but I also wanted to build in kettle bell exercises. Kettle bells can be pricey. With the Kettle Gryp functionality the set of dumbbells from Amazon can now be flexed for kettle bell exercises. It's fantastic. This seemed like a reasonable alternative to a large collection of both dumbbells and kettlebells, and a lot cheaper. And it is, except that you’ll definitely want to invest in a decent pair of grip gloves if you work out hard enough to sweat. These handles are slippery, and I do mean slippery. Major design flaw in not providing some sort of textured grip. But then, I imagine that will be included in v2.0 super premium deluxe version at a significantly increased “upgrade” price. If you already have dumbbells, a set of these (and the aforementioned gloves) are a justifiable expense.
