Went through a few car washes by now, and still working well with no leaks!
Steps:
I baked my headlights at 200F for about 10 minutes then used vice grips to clamp the headlights together until the clips clicked together. The heat will allow the sealant to soften and mold. I do NOT recommend a heat gun as it can unevenly heat and can potentially melt the plastic for the headlight housing.

The debris was underneath a protective silicone paper sheet... Which means this has been taken out of the box, made filthy then sold to me as new!
