These zip tie mounting squares are perfect for cable management on your 80/20 aluminum extrusion. Works on any 1" based or 25mm based extruded profile. For use with zip ties (not included).
This high quality, reusable option allows cable ties to be attached in two directions and is made out of PA6 GF30 grade black nylon plastic with a matte finish.
Drops into the t slot channel of extruded aluminum extrusions and with a simple twist, rotates to lock into place. Can be used when the ends of the extrusion are closed.
This cable holder measures 22mm x 11mm x 22mm and works great in home office as a vertical cable organizer for your cord management. Keeps things looking clear and clean.

With extruded aluminum coming in so many sizes and such, it is difficult to find parts for ANY of it without going through the manufacturer of your specific product. Only problem with that is that they have lost their minds on price. It isn't uncommon to see a .10 cent track nut that costs $8.00 or more..... EACH! These little beauties just allowed me to cleanly run wire on the underside of the extruded aluminum bars on my Prinsu roof rack on a 2023 Toyota Tundra. If I am not mistaken, it is 10 series extruded bars. The only thing I object to is the price. If you can find a less expensive option, take it. To charge nearly $60.00 for a 4 or 5 dollar bag of plastic is ridiculous. I'm looking to come up with a solution on my own. Because of what dishonest companies are now charging for items like this, I'm sure that many of us are looking for an alternative solution.
