From the brand

From the manufacturer

How often can a company claim to be "The Original" and, better yet, substantiate that claim? Flashback to the brand's earliest days in 1967, in a meager garage shop in Portland, Oregon, Jerry Logan sought to solve a real-world problem for off-roaders everywhere. The sport of conquering rugged, often uncharted terrain in otherwise street-legal trucks was on the climb. For many, this meant extensive modifications to their vehicles and, of course, the addition of larger tires. This notion often posed a more significant obstacle to the off-roader than the trail itself. Run those larger tires on any public highway, and you'll stand the risk of receiving a hefty fine. With no real solution readily available, Jerry, an off-road enthusiast himself, set out to develop a simple, bolt-on fix. From this most authentic of grass-roots efforts, the ORIGINAL fender flare was born and, in so doing, Bushwacker's name became synonymous with the product it had pioneered.

Nice fit. Have to lose the mud flaps though ...
Installed on 2015 Tundra CrewMax SR5. Nice fit. Have to lose the mud flaps though - not sure yet how I feel about that. Instructions didn't follow exactly (refers to two bolts and a push on fastener to remove the front mud flap when it's 3/1.. Also refers to one bolt and one push on fastener to remove the rear mud flap when its 4/1) My point is that it seems to be written for a different model year or something. Regardless, it's still easy enough to get through. I can understand the cost, it's a pretty custom fit. They accommodate all the subtle curves and bends, that's what I like best about it.* Plan on 1-1/2 to 2hrs pre-installation (pushing the rubber molding onto the fender flares and installing the pocket bolts with washers and nylocs. You might be able to rip through this quicker. Instructions say to only peel back a foot of adhesive backing at a time; I only did a couple inches at a time after learning it's real easy to accidentally glue/stick the rubber molding channel shut while you're trying to jam it on the flare. Then you have to get it opened back up again to continue.* Plan on 1 to 1-1/2hrs installation. That's really the easy part. Perhaps I'll try to modify the mud flaps somehow to go back on once I have some down time.

They are super easy to put on, use the stock mount points plus a super simple bracket. Took maybe an hour and half to figure them out and install. My only gripe is that these are molded plastic. I don't know why the heck they charge $500 for them! It's ridiculous!

Product was preassembled for merchant and all I had to do was remove the factory rear mud flaps, clean fenders and install. I installed by myself on 2016 Tundra SR5 - perfect fit. Recommend install center bolts first in order to allow sufficient movement/ adjustment from center to both ends of the fender. Easy to install: about a hour solo and looks great!

Color matches almost perfectly, as far as fit I had to elongate a few of the mounting holes to get a closer fit to the body. Since there is no mounting holes in the sides of the fendors as most factory ones do have . I would not have wanted to drill any holes in the fendors so overall I’d say with a little work you get a pretty good fit and I can say since I used to work at a dealership these are dealership quality, well made and feel like a factory accessory, I’m running 35 inch tires and helps keep from slinging stuff all down the sides

2.0 out of 5 stars Very Disappointed
Reviewed in the United States on October 5, 2018
For $800+ I thought I was getting a quality product and workmanship but was I wrong. I ordered attitude black for my new Tundra and the paint matched near perfect except for right rear flare had discolored spots bluish to light purple and should have been seen by manufacture but did not and sent me defective flare. The left rear flare does not even touch my truck for approximately 50% of the flare. The rubber that was already installed on flare was breaking loose on all four and I had to glue them myself. The front left bracket bolt clip broke and had only turned the bolt 3 to 5 times. Flares are very good looking but over priced for the poor paint job and poor fit. I have contacted seller waiting on reply. Will follow up about this issue!
