I installed new electronics in our boat and wanted them to be powered by dedicated switches. I used two bus bars, one for + and one for - to supply the switches. Worked out beautifully.

I've been rewiring the front end electrical system on my boat. Used these busses for both positive and negative side. Short of corroding or catching fire I don't really see how these can fail. So far they have passed back and forth all of the electrons I have asked them to move without complaint.

These things are solid bar sitting atop injection molded plastic. I did have to build some risers for adjacent fuse blocks to get the alignment to be pretty.
