"Awesome, worked great, easy to use and fast, like less than a min to get your vehicle off the ground...." Read more
"...this as simple way to lift my car, but turns out that it does not work as advertised thru the exhaust tube and I decided to return it." Read more
"Works very well but only if you have a single exhaust. Otherwise you need a compressor. Fortunately, my portable tire compressor does the job...." Read more
Customers generally like the lift. They mention it's nice to lift the entire side of the car at once rather than having to jack. The jack is awesome and it easily lifts the van up. It also lifts higher than most floor jacks. It will even raise your F250 4wd.
"...The jack inflates quickly, holds pressure, lifts the rig safely and without wobbles or having to stabilize the rig...." Read more

Customers are mixed about the ease of use of the auto part. Some mention it's easy to use, while others say it' s not effortless and requires caution when setting it up.

Customers are mixed about the inflation of the auto part. Some mention that it inflates quickly, holds pressure, lifts the rig safely and without any issues, while others say that the bag hardly seems to be inflating.

Customers are not satisfied with the accuracy of the airbag jack. They mention that the dimensions are not accurate, it takes up quite a bit of space, and the intake cup does not fit over the exhaust pipe of all cars.
"...The intake cup does not fit over the exhaust pipe of all cars. Cars with larger pipes (especially flared or beveled ends) will not make a seal...." Read more
"...Another drawback is that this airbag jack is takes up quite a bit of space so you may not want to carry it all the time...." Read more
"The measurements are not accurate. It is much shorter than their listed measurement therefore it would lift my trailer...." Read more
Customers are not satisfied with the stability of the auto part. They mention that it is not very horizontally stable, and the vehicle wobbled a lot while up. It fills fast, but the jack only lifted it about.

Low pressure (up to 10 psi) can work off of exhaust pressure to raise your car, but also has back-up inflation method of air compressor inflation via an included valve stem. It is wide, which makes off-pavement jacking a lot less headache inspiring, and has triangular metal spike "feet" on the bottom that can help hold the jack in place against the substrate.
The Good:
1) It really does lift well, and fairly quickly with the exhaust-inflation option.
2) Its wide base makes lifting the car when off pavement much better than any factory jack.
3) Its durable ballistic nylon case's OD green color. It has a large circumference, but very flat. Storage is not a snap--you will know it is there--but because of its flatness, it is not that bad either.
4) It lifts high. This is a great advantage since lifted (off road) cars often cannot make good use of a factory jack.
However:
1) It is a (rather thick) rubberized plastic balloon. It MUST not come into contact with any sharp edges OR hot metal pieces underneath the car, or it WILL fail--possibly in a spectacular fashion.
2) The intake cup does not fit over the exhaust pipe of all cars. Cars with larger pipes (especially flared or beveled ends) will not make a seal. For those you will have to break out the air compressor.
3) Even on exhaust pipes which do fit in the intake cup, you have to hold it pressed into the exhaust pipe hard enough to keep the seal--the seal won't hold itself. Constantly having to press the cup into the exhaust pipe hard enough to maintain the seal throughout the entire pump requires effort, and could be draining on those with poor physical conditioning. For these folks, the alternate compressor valve stem becomes the better option.
4) The exhaust inflation hose could be a bit longer, even 2 or 3 feet would have made using it on the front wheels easier.
5) It is not effortless, as advertised. However, on the plus side, it has an excellent one-way valve that immediately kicks in as soon as the cup comes off the exhaust, without losing any significant amount of air, so one can press and rest in intervals.
6) It is not very horizontally stable, you _MUST_ be on a pretty level surface or the jack will want to let the car "spill" off to the downhill slope side.
7) It can only lift about 4400 lbs, and many off road cars will exceed this. Be careful.
Using an air compressor is a much better option. You have to close up the air hole with one of the couplings for it to work - which is not mentioned in the instructions. I don't know if it's because this van is so heavy but the coupling leaked - and I had to tie a knot in the hose - and then it worked fine.
I have to say that it's amazing to see this orange bag slowly lifting up a big van. It does take some time - about 7 minutes I would guess - and for the last part of that the bag hardly seems to be inflating but it slowly is...
ARB doesn't recommend that you use it under gas tanks or the exhaust system. My gas tank is on the left side and the exhaust is on the right. The bag is so big that it's certainly going to contact the gas tank on the left-hand side and the exhaust pipe on the right front or rear tire.
Despite the fact that it can lift 4400 lbs they say "never" use the jack in the front or rear of the vehicle to lift from there. That leaves only one tire! However, the jack easily lifted the van up when I put it under the right rear end of the van and that solved the gas tank/exhaust problem - now I have access to all four tires.
Although I'm using the air compressor, anyone with a long van should note that ARB doesn't provide enough tubing to reach the rear tires if you're using the exhaust option. The instructions also say that 3 of the hose B parts come with it - but only one does. (You can buy more tubing at ARB).
So, in the end, so long as I can use it under the right or left rear of the van, I like this bag a lot. It's a heck of a lot safer than a hi-lift - which I will continue to carry and in most situations I think it will work out just fine.

Off roading you need to consider how much a recovery will cost if you can't do it yourself. One time and this pays for its self
But like I said, a piece of equipment that you would rather never need to use, but is vital if you need it as it will preform in place no other jack will. Having a very good compressor along enhances how useful it can be
