I have had my Motive power flusher for about 15 years and could have used the BA10 device long ago. No leaks at 18 PSI on my Tacoma. I can't say the same for the Motive universal adapter.
I used a 5/16" ID clear hose and the Motive hose barb adapter I removed from an original hose. It screwed into an automotive female air chuck adapter I had in my air tool bag of parts. They also can be bought from most hardware stores or if you are not mechanically inclined just buy the one already assembled on Amazon. If you own the Motive bleeder you most likely have the hose adapter. Just be sure to tighten the hose clamps securely.
I will be using this on a Corolla and Camry next and if it doesn't fit either I'll update this review.
I flush the brake fluid once a year on all my vehicles and hope this adapter lasts a long time. It does look and feel like a high quality device.

Procedure:
1 - Connect to pressure bleeder of your choice. I used the Motive 0900, which comes with a 1/4 FPT fitting already crimped on.
2 - Ensure center black knob is loosened up
3 - Fit over master cylinder, and turn the 3 cam locks perpendicular to clamp it down
4 - Tighten down the center knob, which will compress the O-ring, causing it to flare out and complete the seal.
5 - Add brake fluid to the Motive bleeder, and pressurize to 15 PSI (double check your manual, in my case the Corolla FSM doesn't specify, but all my research showed this would be an appropriate pressure to use)
6 - Go around the car cracking bleeder screws as normal until air bubbles stop / fluid runs clear
7 - Retighten bleeder screws, slowly loosen the cap on the Motive power bleeder to relieve pressure, and remove the BA120 from the master cylinder.
The fitting is a 1/4" automotive fitting, so ensure the fitting says either automotive, or universal. Home Depot sells a Husky brand 1/4" MPT -> 1/4" universal coupler for $5.00 in the air tools section. Threaded right up to the Motive 0900.
This was expensive, but it really made the process simple. I imagine I'll get many years of use out of this.
Now, years later, I have a 2014 Camry and I gave it one more chance. I realized there's black lever that needs to be loose when putting it on the reservoir. Spin it tight and then do the locking tabs. Wow, it actually works! I don't know what I did wrong last time but it seems to be of high quality.
