SDHQ is proud to announce the release of our bolt on Rock Sliders for the 2007+ Toyota Tundra. These rock sliders have been built to fit both the Crew Max and Double Cab Short Bed trucks. Sticking to a well-earned reputation for craftsmanship, we chose to build these rock sliders out of 4130 chromoly tubing with gusseted steel mounting plates ensuring that these are both strong and light weight. These rock sliders were CAD designed and built in house for a precise fit and finish every time.

Our rock sliders are intended to be a fully bolt-on design, so there is no cutting, welding or drilling required for install and there is no permanent frame modifications required. Our sliders utilize 4 mounting points on the frame per side and we also created a unique mounting design that attaches to the front body mount where the hardest initial impact tends to occur. Other sliders on the market tend to place the first mount nearly one foot behind the front body mount which creates a weak point in the front part of the slider.

yes and yes, however I generally tell people that while a slider will work as a step it is not a substitute for a step as it does not sit low enough to really aid getting into or out of the truck. But you can stand on them to load things on the roof or whatever you need!

So, I had a set of these show up at my place last week. Gotta say, these things are awesome. Perfect fab work and welding. Great, low profile, lightweight design! These are definitely worth a look for anyone wanting sliders for their Tundra...

The plan is to have them thoroughly coated and Linex the rails before install, but with the obvious attention to detail in these things, I expect they'll bolt right up. Vacation will get in the way, so it may be a while before I get pics up. But put them up I shall!

One last thing- I've been researching and shopping for Sliders since the day I picked up my 2016. Before SDHQ came out with these ones, I even tried to purchase a set from other companies, but when the vendors find out we're north of the 49th, they'd brush me off. Not return calls or emails. Not the case at all with SDHQ and Cliff... I can't say enough good things about you guy's patience and customer service. Thanks for all your help and, oh yeah, your product is unreal awesome too! Thanks again Cliff!

    Sweet.

How much do the DC and CM set weigh?

I like the design with not welding to the frame like some of the other guys.

    Nice work.

No Problem buddy! Glad they made it up there as quickly as they did. Send me over some pics when you get them on

    They're right around 100lbs a set, 100% bolt on.

Ordered! I'll report back after install.

They arrive bare. Opinions on POR15 coating than POR topcoat?

I could also have the same guy who did the spray in bed liner shoot the bars.

well this is tundras.com :p but we are running a special for forum members right now which is $50 off our normal pricing.

We also just finished a large production run of these as well and I do have a set pre-powdercoated for local install or pickup available

I will stop in tomorrow and check em out. Do you think I can jack up the side of the truck with them? 4 brackets/bar? 2 bolts/bracket?

Already got a bad dent in the rocker under the passenger door on the drivers side

Don't hesitate buying the BEST bolt on slider money can buy gentlemen! I had the privilege of rocking the first set and wasted no time at all putting them to use in Moab! I can guarantee they will support the entire weight of the truck with little to no flex whatsoever. I've used my hi-lift on them with no issue. Looking underneath to see how they're mounted is pretty impressive especially around the cab mount!

Picked em up yesterday, got home today early enough to install the one on the drivers side. Will do the other one in the morning. Time for some scotch now!

2016 TRD Limited Dbl. Cab Other than the White Knuckle Sliders these are the only ones that really caught my attention from a design and fabrication viewpoint. Proof is in the doing but I take your word for it. People here don't mess around when it comes to our trucks ;)

Big truck arrived. I know good fabrication, this is that. They looks good. It will be a couple weeks. I've got racing in the NE to wrap up than off to get them coated.
Enjoy the pics. FWIIW if these fit and function as good as they look these guys raised the bar some.
Kudos for spraying them with a light oil prior to shipping. Appreciated.
