This flashing dash light thing is killing me. I love my truck, but I feel like a huge repair is coming and I don’t want to deal with it.

Has anyone come up with a fix for the flashing dash lights

It seems as if the flashing lights are happening more frequently -

Everyone I take it to the dealer it’s something else -
    Battery
    Alternator
    Sensors

    I’m getting tired

    Hi lo
    Traction
    Speedometer jumping
    Tach jumping
    Brake
    Abs
    Air bag
    But no check engine light
Also battery dies quickly - in about a half hour if I’m sitting in it - battery is dead. No start.

This is not a good reason to get rid of the truck. :) Any corrosion on the posts? Make sure + and - terminals are tight. Check the alternator. If you have a volt meter you can check while the engine is running. It should be 14.X volts. You can also take the alternator to Autozone and they will check it for you for free.

I have one of these testers. It's handy for this type of troubleshooting.

sounds like the battery is bad. sometimes a bad battery will cause all sorts of lights to go off. how old is the battery you're running?

I bought it in November after the lights went nuts the first time.

It’s running at 14v. Dealer says the alternator Is good. It’s maintained per the book. It’s frustrating.

check you negative battery terminal. I haven't had this issue with my Tundra but with my Jeep Wrangler the same thing would happen if the negative battery cable was loose.

You might need to take it to a shop that's specialized in electrical system or someone that knows how to look for parasitic drain on the system. If you have any aftermarket electronics like amps and other things you might want to leave them in plugged and see if that helps.

The battery drain is the biggest indicator. Put an ammeter in line with the battery cable and see how much current is being drawn. Then, start pulling fuses until the drain goes away. That'll tell you which subsystem is causing problems. If the dealer hasn't done this test, find one with competent mechanics.

I don’t have anything connected to the electoral system except an alarm

The entire truck electrical system is connected to the battery. Something is draining it, the ammeter and systematic removal of load will tell you what's wrong.

IDK about fairly common issue...That being said, it sucks it is happening.
Does it throw any codes when you hook it up? And what do you mean by the battery goes dead in a half hour if your sitting in it? Is the key in the ignition? What setting?

That almost looks like a broken wheel sensor. Also, the actuator will not allow you to shift in/out of 4wd unless you're moving. At a stand still it normally will not do anything such as your video.

Right, in low you need to engage high first. But nothing will occur parked like he was...

I have seen threads like these before over on TT. Seems like every time it was either a broken sensor or damaged wire to the sensors. I'd start by checking the wheel sensors first as someone already mentioned.

Looking at the video my first thought was that it is Christmas. But then, maybe not. Maybe the wheel sensors. In seriousness, I would agree with the wheel sensors. I have had one that on a previous work truck where the cable got pinched and did something similar. If not the sensor, then go the route of checking the drain on the battery by eliminating areas through pulling fuses as someone has already mentioned above.
