    Hello!

I've spent many months browsing this forum, finally making an intro post!

I grew up in a Toyota family. Drove a 2001 Highlander to 235k until I traded it on an F150 in 2014 :annoyed:

That led to a string of F150's, a 2016 and 2018. I finally had enough and picked up the truck I'd always wanted last October. A 2021 MGM Crewmax. SR5, TRD Off-Road. I traded a 2018 Lariat and didn't want as many bells and whistles.

My father has a 2015 CM in MGM, had a 2008 DC before that. I guess you never stop admiring your dad no matter how old you are.

Here's a photo the day I picked her up last fall!

Very cool, I worked in Wahpeton in 2012-2013! ND is definitely thought of as a flyover state but I enjoy living here.

Yeah, ducks. The scenery is pretty awesome too. Don’t tell anyone though. And the people are just awesome. They all wave. In fact, I’ll never forget, last year I was rollin probably the usual 80mph on a hard top Hwy, a guy was fixing a fence in the ditch, (using both his hands). He dropped his tools and waved at us, all enthusiastic to boot. Great state.

I did a lot more duck hunting in college than of late. Mainly the east side of the state in the Devils Lake area. Once you get in the flyway you can go N and S and have good luck. There is good hunting here and like you said most landowners are very friendly to duck/geese hunters.

Rifle hunting is a little different story…

Good luck! It’s been real dry this year but I still see a fair amount of ducks around my in laws farm an hour NW of Fargo. I think there will still be plenty to be had.
