Has the look of an expedition truck! One of the first times I've ever seen 35's on a 7", I think the wheels really complete it.

Thanks I was a little worried they would come out too small but I think they look good and have plenty of room for movement. No trimming was needed.

I think so too, you did it right if you didn't need to trim anything.

I like the black flares for the reasons you stated. I also like the Go Rhino steps. I have the Go Rhino BR-20 rear bumper and really like it.

Nice build! How is everything (lift, tires, etc.) now that you've had it on for a bit?

How easy were the fender flares to install?
What was all involved? I have the same size truck and thinking about getting these or the bushwhacker ones and would like an ease of installment review if you don't mind.

They were easy once I decided not to use the brackets they give you for the fronts. None of the holes would line up with the brackets in place after trying for an hour. So I put them on without the brackets and everything fit perfectly. They hold the sides pretty firm.

So far so good. No mechanical problems and rides pretty smooth. It handles great as well, not quite as good as stock but pretty close. Ive had a handful of lifted trucks in the past so far this handles the best. Getting about 13.4 mpg after 1500 miles, since the lift and wheels were put on.

You running a tuner? I might have asked you that already. If not any problems with the bad or any lights going off?

No tuner. No problems as of yet with traction control(vsc). Everything is working normal only problem I had was a very faint shimmy in the steering wheel at 50 mph which was just a tire balancing issue.

    Good to hear.

Curious about the mpg. Since you've increased tire size by 9% from stock, and no "tuner" yet, your speedo and odo are obviously "off" by the same percentage. Meaning that your mpg calculator in the dash is also off by 9%. So if you're just reading the dash display or hand calculating based off odo reading and gallons at the pump, you might actually be getting closer to 14.6!:pray: Not too shabby.

What mpg were you getting before all the mods? -That'll tell us our driving habits. :D

Yea I havnt gotten too technical with the calculations but the dash showed 15.9 before lift and tires. Now at 13.4. I drive about 70% highway, the rest is gravel roads with a little bit of city driving.

Let the man alone and enjoy his ride. We buy trucks cause were men. Not for mpg.
