So.... Just filled up the first time since owning the truck.... the Fuel Tank Filler Neck plastic SURROUND piece isn't flush to the filler neck where you put the gas nozzle... Its like its pushed slightly in to the bed of the truck like an 1/8"... ? It doesn't bother me just kind of odd....

It shouldn't be a problem right?

I'll post one once I get to my truck.

My buddy has a 14 as well and it looks the same. He told me to stop over analyzing the truck and enjoy it haha

Yeah its just the surrounding area rubber piece I call it the splash guard. As far as functionality purpose, I don't think it's an issue. Just odd

Yeah, I have a large gap between the rubber and filler neck. Actually said something on my first oil change and they brought a brand new truck around to show me that they're all like that. I felt like saying, well looks like you need to fix that one after you fix mine. :notsure:

As I said from from a function stand point, it's not doing a thing. It's just a esthetically not pleasing.

It's good! ID GAF at least it's not noticeable from the outside. I'm one of those people that notices that kind of stuff and I'm surprised I never seen it before
