    Hey all, I come over from grand ol' Tacoma World.

    Should be selling my 2nd Generation Tacoma Friday if all goes as planned.

    That being said I will be in the market for a 1st Generation Tundra, hence joining here.

    My criteria: Prefer years 2005-2006, less than 200k miles, 4WD, 4 Door (double cab, not access), and not red haha!

    I am in Huntsville, Alabama and having trouble really finding one worth buying. Waiting until I get cash in hand for my Tacoma this weekend, then I'll be seriously out finding what I want. Willing to drive a decent ways for the right truck.

    I have found quite a few access cabs even locally, I just really want the added cab space of a full back seat!

    I think the value must be higher in colorado! I'm trying to stay below $10k if I can with this truck. I've found a couple locally worth looking at, but all of the "best" ones are 2wd or access cab...

    Everything is expensive in Colorado. Why do you think I took a flight down to AL and took the long ride home?:rofl:

    Some of those trucks are pretty clean double cabs though. I bet you could get some of them under 10K with some haggling. Dealerships have 3-4K wiggle room built into every vehicle.

    true, but then the cost/risk of getting out there (during this time at least) might not make it worth it.

    I'm selling the Tacoma tomorrow hopefully and will have cash in hand to do some serious searching.

    it's not good! Like I said I'm willing to travel a little to find something, but man search websites are pretty terrible right now for being able to expand your area.

    it seems Facebook Marketplace is kind of the "new craigslist" at least in my area, and only being able to do 100 miles from location sucks. gotta drag and drop around to find anything..
