    Grab a test light and make sure your light illuminates on each side of the fuse.
    Have you checked if the owner's manual calls out fuse location?

    Did you check with the ignition on while probing with the test light?

    Just have to ask cause its one of those simple things that we all over look sometimes.

    Relay possibly went bad?
    Constant power and switch power reversed?
    A missing fuse?

    Wish I could offer some better suggestions, but maybe one of those things will remind you of something else that your not thinking about.
