It is safe to assume we are there as far as PNP goes with the work @thomasbus337 has done. I am sure he will put some together for those who want for a fee ofcourse. I am waiting on the lights and the OEM connectors and it is a go. @st33l did you use the motocontrol harness or do it with out?

    See fine print
Did the headlights come with the signal bulb? And did you swap the pins on the harness?

Headlights came with bulbs and i did have to switch the pins on the turn signal harness from 2 to 1. Switching the pins out was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

@thomasbus337 deserves all the credit here and for showing us how to do it. I wouldn't start making harnesses to sell them over him.

If you're on the fence about having to fab this harness, don't be. I have never done any wiring before and I was able to do this. As long as you get the parts and follow the wiring diagram that @thomasbus337 provided, you guys should be good to go.

Guess I'm more of a visual guy that I would like to SEE it put together...rather than looking at a diagram. For me diagrams can get confusing as to how everything gets put together. I have no doubt that if I saw a video of someone putting this thing together I could do it myself. I just want to make sure I put together a harness that will work with my '16 SR5 that only had the inner orange DRL. Hope one of you guys can put out a video for us to view.

I’m happy that it worked for you, they sure do class up the front end of the truck.

If someone else wants to use my recipe to make these harnesses for sale, you have my blessings. I’m still waiting on a few more parts to come in, then I’ll have a pictorial” how-to” PnP add-on for LED DRL on SR, SR5, Limited and Pro models. At that point, I will have (3) PnP Platinum/1794 harness sets and (2) SR, SR5, Limited and Pro sets for sale on eBay. The SR, SR5, Limited and Pro will have more parts so the price will be higher. These harnesses are easy to make, it’s just a bit costly and time consuming to round up all the parts to put them together so it’s not something I want to keep doing.

I put together a small parts list to make a hi beam relay harness to upgrade the high beam wiring from 20awg wiring on the Morimoto H4 motocontrol harness to 16awg with this add on harness. I found a Hella relay that has (2)-87 output pins to help simplify the wiring. I used the original 9006 “high beam” female output plug on the moto harness for the ground and trigger for the relay. I grabbed power off the battery with a in line fuse holder. Lastly, I ran 16awg off of each 87 pin to the high beam input on the headlight plug. I used a 9006 male plug with 2 cavity plugs inserted to cap off the moto “high beam” plug on the pass side.

No ebay links yet. I'm still waiting on a bunch of the 8pin plugs and a few other parts to come in. Just so no one will be surprised, the 1794/Platinum model harnesses have about $60 worth of parts put into them and the other models even more. I'm not trying to get rich off of these, trying to break even with what I have put into them.

I was rounding numbers and I didn't include S&H or the cost of the Morimoto relay harness. I also found another source for the Delphi 9006 male plugs and related Delphi parts which brought the price for those parts down a little bit.
